The Presence Engine Workshop

Apply for the November 23 class.

Each class is limited to 10 agents so everyone gets hands-on help. Applying doesn't guarantee a seat. I review every application personally and reply within one business day.

This is a hands-on workshop where you build your system during class, so a laptop is required. An iPad won't work.

Do you have an active listing, or can you get permission to market someone else's listing during the workshop?

Not required, but helpful for what we'll build.

Can you commit to attending the entire half-day workshop?
Running the system requires a few paid subscriptions that are separate from the $397 workshop fee. They total about $80 a month combined. That's still a fraction of hiring an agency or an assistant, but I want you to go in with eyes open. Are you willing to cover this ongoing cost?
